Forward an email

Each account gets a dedicated forwarding address. Forward a client email and ClientPact captures it, classifies whether it looks out of scope, and matches it to the right client and project.

Connect your Slack workspace and flag a message — with a message action or an emoji reaction — to send it straight to your Scope Inbox.

One-click triage

Captured requests land in the inbox with a suggested classification and an estimated hours impact. Confirm to convert a capture into a tracked scope request, or dismiss it. High-confidence captures can convert automatically.
